As a lifelong learner and seeker of health, I had fallen off the wagon so to speak. The information is clear, concise, and presented in a non-threatening way. By going over the concepts week by week, it gives you a chance to really start to incorporate the new behaviors into your daily life and build a new healthy habit. Most of the information I have been exposed to before. But I had let MANY things slip through the cracks. It feels good to be back in the swing and know that the format allowed me to really embody the various activities and reasoning behind them. Plus I did learn a few really juicy tidbits of new information! OH, and the fact that you get pre-recorded videos, PDF's, and live weekly Zoom calls was the cherry on top.
