Thanks again to Dr Becky! (And all of her support system people). Great lessons on self assesment and practical ways to implement the exercises and techniques into every day life. I do believe if children were taught this type of self awareness/attention to their emotions and how to process them, SO MUCH ILLNESS and suffering could be avoided. I could go on and on about the "healthcare" system in US and many other countries...not the place. But I truly feel more empowered to continue to digest past emotions and traumas that have held me back from my true and ultimate potential. The use of video and being re-enforced by written text and slides helps me to absorb the information using multiple senses which I really appreciate. Keep it up!

Through practices like deep breathing, mindfulness, and gentle movement, you can send a powerful message to your nervous system. I was able to say affirmations like "I am safe, I am loved, and it’s okay to let go." These simple yet transformative techniques allow my body to shift from a state of stress and survival to one of calm and restoration. Resetting your nervous system is more than just a physical process; it’s a spiritual and emotional renewal. It reminds me that even when life feels chaotic, I have the tools to center myself, breathe deeply, and return to a space of clarity and inner peace. Remember, I don’t have to rush my healing.
